Data Deletion
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account to Distronode, you can have the data associated with that account deleted in either of two ways.
Distronode Corporation • legal@distronode.com
How to request deletion
- From Facebook. Open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Distronode, and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically, we delete the data, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code. Bring that code back to this page to see the result.
- Directly from us. Email legal@distronode.com from the address on your account, or use the Sovereign portal. We respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR and PIPEDA.
What gets deleted
A request from a Meta app deletes every record we hold that is keyed to the identifier that app issued for you: the stored connection between that account and a Distronode workspace, in whichever region that workspace's data lives.
It does not delete a Distronode account itself, or the call, message, and contact records a business holds in its own workspace: those belong to that business, not to the social account, and we cannot identify them from a Meta identifier. To delete a Distronode account and everything in it, see delete your account.
